Both the Reason and Kontakt versions are based on the same multisample sets, but each program has its own specific features, which may result in small differences.

For example Reason has great support for playing and manipulating rex files in realtime, but this Kontakt feature is quite clumsy, so only the refill version contains rex loops.

But on the other hand, Kontakt has convolution reverb, which is missing from Reason, so only the Kontakt version will contain IR samples.
